Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift. You will maintain bakery equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical drives and conveyors using SAP for parts and data entry.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of technician experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and technical certification is a plus. Must be able to meet physical demands and safety standards. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technician experience.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, or related industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool use, and general shop practices; perform maintenance tasks.
• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Identify wear, troubleshoot, and replace mechanical drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
