Carthage Plant (Choctaw) in Carthage, Mississippi, is hiring a Maintenance Generalist for the 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot, maintain and repair processing equipment, ensuring safety, sanitation and compliance with Tyson policies.

The role requires at least 6 months of industrial maintenance experience or a formal training program, and you will support a fast-paced production environment. Benefits include weekly pay, healthcare, paid time off, 401(k) with company matching and ongoing career

Competenze

• Six (6) months of industrial maintenance work experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
• Ability to inspect equipment, recognize problems and take corrective action to prevent downtime.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoots, maintains, repairs and replaces defective equipment.
• Maintains electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Operates industrial equipment (forklift, boom lift, etc.).
• Maintains maintenance logs and a safe workspace.
• Complies with safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
