Job summary

Ventek Solutions, LLC in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for third shift to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on steam chest molding presses, boilers, and related plant equipment, ensuring uptime, safety, and product quality.

You will troubleshoot PLC-based controls (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron), service pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and document work in the CMMS while maintaining certification and ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

Cat 2 Electrical experience.
3 years experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley 5000 series, Siemens, and Omron).
2 years experience with Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
Must read and understand English.
Must have 480 volt and 3 phase electric experience.
Certified on Material handler including scissor lift.
Ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities

Respond to equipment breakdowns and diagnose root causes to minimize downtime.
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on presses, boilers, and steam systems.
Maintain logs and CMMS entries for all maintenance activities.
Assist with after-hours/on-call repairs as scheduled.
