Ventek Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for third shift in Shelbyville, KY. You will report to the Plant Engineer and perform hands-on tasks to ensure high-quality, timely shipment of Ventek products.
A proven track record in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work with multiple teams are essential. You will install and maintain production equipment, repair utilities, and assist with PMs and rebuilds while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

We have immediate need for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for third shift
While reporting to the Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for performing tasks necessary to provide high quality, efficient, timely shipment of Ventek products. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to work with various teams and be an effective problem solver. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Performing all duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.
Installing and maintaining auxiliary equipment as required by production
Maintaining and repairing utility and facility-related equipment as directed by the Plant Engineer.
Assisting/training other maintenance personnel with repairs, PM’s, and rebuilds.
Collaborating closely with other departments and teams for proactive problem resolutions.
Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area.
Manage small projects to maintain or upgrade equipment.
