You will learn to read work instructions, perform SPC checks, document data, and maintain 5S standards while contributing to safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret work instructions precisely.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions accurately.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to escalate issues when needed.
• Willingness to train on 1st or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment per procedures.
• Gauge, inspect, and measure parts; perform SPC checks.
