Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a forklift operator for night shifts. You will operate a stand-up reach forklift, move pallets, and manage materials in cold and dry storage areas while adhering to all safety standards.

The role requires basic math, the ability to follow instructions, and the capacity to work in temperatures ranging from -20 to 100 Fahrenheit. Lifting up to 40 lbs and a flexible schedule are essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in storage sites.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave equipment at charging station.
