Qualifications

• High school or equivalent; vocational diesel repair training.
• 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience, CAT preferred; hydraulics, power train, electrical systems.
• Strong metric awareness and 6 Sigma understanding; proactive improvements.
• Good problem solving; applies policies; warranty understanding.
• Customer-focused with professionalism in interactions.
• Product knowledge and CAT market awareness.
• Ability to operate industry PC and MS Word/Excel; basic databases.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety rules and maintains 5S in shop.
• Diagnoses and repairs equipment in the service shop.
• Completes service time reporting and time allocation.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and safety.
