Tyson Foods' Cobb-Vantress facility in Wadesboro, NC is hiring a Hatchery Worker (Pull Crew) for the 3rd shift. Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps over 6 months in past 36 months.
• Must be available for in person interview.
• Rehire rules apply: not more than 3 times at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect chicks in hatchers to determine quality and fitness for processing.
• Pull chicks and place in boxes for processing; dispose of substandard chicks; sanitize trays and hatchery equipment.
• Operate box washer and chick counter; manage chick boxes on belt.
• Monitor temperatures in hatchers/setters; wash trays; maintain organized work area.
• Follow safety policies; work in a biosecure environment with required PPE.
