Job summary

Dorothy Lane Market is seeking a 3rd Shift Stocker to join our Grocery team in Ohio. This full-time role supports overnight stocking, shelf replenishment, and display maintenance to ensure our store is ready each morning.

You will stock, rotate products, adjust signage, and perform light cleaning while working 11pm–7am. We value reliability, teamwork, and a service mindset, with opportunities for growth and benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Prior stocking experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products.
• Change signs and maintain product displays.
• Perform minor cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with store readiness and backroom organization.

Are you a night owl?

Lots of things happen behind the scenes at DLM to create a beautiful store ready for business. We have associates working around the clock – stocking shelves, replenishing fruits and veggies, cooking, baking, and cleaning. Our Grocery department is looking for a dependable associate who can work both individually and as part of a team. The main duties will include stocking shelves, rotating product and displays, changing signs, and some minor cleaning. Hours are typically from 11pm to 7am.

Qualifications

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior stocking experience is preferred.
• 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 60lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
