Job summary

Dorothy Lane Market is seeking a friendly Produce team member to learn our seasonal offerings, help customers, and create attractive displays. Shifts may start early in the morning to support opening operations and fresh product readiness.

Each of our DLM Produce departments is certified organic and offers the best quality fruits and vegetables. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the rich stories behind our many local producers and how to create beautiful, eye-catching displays, all while working alongside great folks. Some shifts could be early mornings starting at 4 a.m.

Qualifications:

• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 50lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
