Qualifications

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to use hand tools.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up the production equipment and supplies before executing job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions.
• Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality; assist junior operators in their responsibilities.
• Repair and clean the equipment when needed and evaluate performance for improvements.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to move production equipment between warehouse and work area; follow safety procedures.
