Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a General Production Worker to process, screen, and package product while adhering to GMP, safety, and quality standards. The role includes training new hires and rotating through production lines (corn and flour).

Shift starts at 11:00 PM and runs to 7:00 AM, with a base pay of $19.20 per hour and a shift increase for later hours. Candidates must maintain personal hygiene, follow all policies, and communicate any concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must follow GMP operation standards and manuals.
• Able to read and understand GMP procedures.
• Capable of communicating professionally with team and management.
• Willing to learn all production tasks and rotate positions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product on lines for foreign material and specs.
• Stack product to maintain accurate case counts.
• Assemble and tape boxes quickly to keep pace.
• Pack product in boxes per customer specs.
• Train new hires and transferred teammates.
• Learn all production positions due to rotation.
• Follow manufacturing, safety, and quality processes.
• Report product, equipment, quality, safety, or HR concerns.
• Complete ongoing production, quality, safety training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area.
• Notify Supervisor/QA of contamination concerns.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform all other assigned tasks.
