Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hanging live birds and processing inedible materials in compliance with food safety standards.
• Trimming product to meet quality standards and ensuring proper product flow.
• Rotating between production areas to support staffing needs.
• Adhering to food safety, quality, animal welfare and workplace safety policies.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, tools and equipment as required.
