Job summary

Integrity Trade Services, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a dedicated Forklift Operator for the third shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) with overtime on Saturdays. You will safely operate sit-down forklifts, move shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced warehouse.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, OSHA forklift certification or proven equivalent experience, and 5 years of forklift operation. RF scanning and basic math skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years forklift operation experience.
• OSHA forklift certification or demonstrated prior experience.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Move, stack, and organize materials on pallets, crates, or shelves.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow storage procedures.
• Complete shipping paperwork and production records with precision.
• Perform routine safety checks and equipment maintenance.
• Support daily warehouse and production tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
