Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Indiana is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You'll move materials, load and unload trucks, and keep product flowing accurately and on time.

This 2nd shift position offers 3pm–11:30pm with overtime on weekends and a pay rate of $20.75 per hour. Candidates should have forklift experience, current certification or be able to certify on-site, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required (2 years preferred).
• Current forklift certification or ability to certify on-site.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift.
• Basic math and reading skills for work orders and inventory counts.
• Must be able to work 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with overtime when requested.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods.
• Pick and put away inventory accurately using work orders, labels, or scanners.
• Inspect loads and shipments for damage and report issues.
• Complete daily pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report equipment problems.
• Keep aisles, docks, and work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
