Job summary

Warehouse Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for the non-rotating 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am) to safely handle materials and support customer needs. This full-time, on-site role will report to the facility manager and may require weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Benefits include pay increases at 6, 12, and 18 months, shift differential, and other corporate plans. Candidates should be reliable, able to work with RF scanners, and operate lift trucks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with lift trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers, containers, and railcars via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize all material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensure all safety and position standard operating procedures are followed.
