Job summary

Avancez Assembly is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift to support warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. You will operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move product, load trucks, and unload shipments, ensuring safe handling and accurate inventory control.

The role requires 1+ year of sit-down forklift experience, reliability for the 3rd shift (Sun 9pm–6:15am; Mon–Fri 10pm–6:15am), and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Sit down forklift experience is mandatory (1+ year).
• Must be able to pass post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift safely.
• Move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and store inventory.
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.
