Job summary

Mclane Company, Inc. in Brookhaven, MS is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials with standup forklifts in our distribution center. You will operate powered, computer-equipped equipment and may work at heights up to 20 feet while ensuring safe handling of goods.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour on the 3rd shift (3:30 am start). Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and more, plus vacation, sick leave, holidays, and additional programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift and RF scanner preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
