Job summary

Mclane Company, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Minnesota distribution center to move products with standup forklifts and ensure accurate placement of items.

You will enter shift data into the warehouse system and work to prevent injuries while maintaining safety and efficiency. Competitive pay at $23.75 per hour with a $0.40 shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits starting on day 60, paid time off from day one, and holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift and RF Utility (preferable, not required).
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
