McLane Company, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials in the distribution center using standup forklifts and RF tools. The role requires working at heights up to 20 feet and following safety procedures.

The position offers full-time hours, a starting pay of $23.75 per hour plus a $0.40 shift differential, with comprehensive benefits beginning after the initial period. Experience with RF scanners is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience and RF utility experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a level sufficient to perform tasks safely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
