Job summary

Quad is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Hartford manufacturing team. You will operate forklifts, move paper and materials, and help keep printing equipment supplied so customer orders stay on schedule.

This full-time, night-shift role offers a 12-hour schedule (7:00 pm–7:00 am) with a $3/hour night shift premium, 182 scheduled days per year, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift operating experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material handling.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered material-handling equipment.
• Supply printing and finishing equipment with paper and production materials.
• Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory using RF scanners and computerized systems.

Forklift Operator

Location: Hartford, WI

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 / hour, based on relevant experience and work history

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Shift Premium: Additional $3.00 / hour for night shift

Schedule: 12-hour compressed schedule (3/4 or 4/3 rotation). Work only 182 scheduled days per year while maintaining full-time status and benefits.

Experience Preferred: Previous forklift experience is strongly preferred. Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, distribution, or material handling is also valued.
