Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1 to 3 years of Manufacturing Experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forge presses and related equipment to build parts.
• Set up machines and tooling per process sheets.
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and blueprint readings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow 5S standards.
• Train new team members and participate in continuous improvement.
