SSS Of Parma in Independence, OH, is seeking a Food Manufacturing Sanitation Supervisor for the 3rd shift. You will lead a 5–7 person sanitation team, ensuring teardown, cleaning, and sanitizing of all equipment and production areas to USDA/FDA standards.

Responsibilities include daily floor sanitation, proper documentation, HACCP compliance, and close collaboration with other departments. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work nights and handle physical

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and scheduling is required.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of USDA and HACCP practices.
• Ability to operate scale and perform basic maintenance.
• Able to read ingredient specifications and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervising team of 5-7 employees responsible for closing and sanitation duties.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and never content to settle for less than the expected results.
• Prior experience supervising a team, scheduling, and conducting station check outs is required.
• Teardown and sanitation of all production equipment.
• Stocking and sanitation of every inch of production floor daily.
• Cleaning of dishes and machine parts.
• Organization of parts carts and dish areas.
• Detail cleaning and organization of all coolers and freezers.
• Sweeping and cleaning of dock and warehouse areas daily.
• Knows how to use a scale.
• Understand and adhere to government regulations and documentation requirements.
• Comply with USDA and HACCP programs.
• Minor equipment maintenance.
