Thrive Freeze Dry in Oak Creek, WI is hiring a Production Team Member for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). The role involves assisting in production, packaging, and distribution of freeze‑dried products, with a focus on food safety and quality.

Starting pay is $21.25–$21.85 per hour, with full‑time, Sunday–Thursday schedule. Responsibilities include lifting up to 40 pounds, following GMP and sanitation procedures, and working in a team to ensure high quality products and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, mill, package, and distribute products.
• Follow standardized work procedures and safety practices.
• Complete cleaning requirements and pass sanitation inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of production rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Read and follow instructions, labels, and packaging requirements precisely.
