Job summary

Tim's Cascade Snacks, a Tim's Cascade Snacks brand, is hiring a Packer for the 3rd Shift in Algona, WA. You will inspect, pack, and quality-check products, while maintaining a clean, safe packaging line and assisting with sanitation and training of new Packers.

Candidates should have basic math/reading skills, and prior food-processing experience is a plus. Shift runs Mon-Thu nights and Fri-Sat nights, with some Saturdays as needed. Pay is $19.89/hr plus a $0.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math and reading skills.
• Knowledge of product quality and basic operations through training.
• Experience in a food processing facility preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 12 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack quality products into boxes and cartons.
• Assemble cartons, apply stickers, and verify finished product quality.
• Support sanitation and cleanliness of packaging lines and equipment.
• Load packed boxes onto skids and assist training of new Packers.
• Report any quality or safety issues to supervision.
