Job summary

Monogram Foods in Medford, MA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain production equipment on automated high-speed food manufacturing lines. You will perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance in a 3rd shift setting, ensuring safety and production efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, is able to read technical manuals, and can operate CMMS to document work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Technical college education or equivalent 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English; communicates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GMP and food safety standards.
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, perform PM, overhaul and repair equipment.
