Job summary

Western States Envelope & Label is seeking a skilled Order Setup Operator (Adjuster) for the Walbridge plant on the 3rd shift. You will set up and configure folding machinery, perform changeovers, and ensure production runs meet specifications.

The role requires experience with production machines, high accuracy, and basic math skills. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and a climate-controlled facility with paid time off and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a machine in a production/manufacturing facility.
• Experience with fast-moving machines and high accuracy.
• Ability to perform basic math across units and read rulers.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily machine maintenance, changeovers, and set-ups.
• Inspect products and adjust machinery to eliminate quality variations.
• Troubleshoot minor operating issues with hand tools and perform minor repairs.
• Operate all machines within the Folding Department.
• Complete labor, time, and quality paperwork accurately.
