Luminary Hotel & Co is seeking a Floor/Maintenance Technician in Spartanburg to support daily hotel operations by performing floor care, equipment maintenance, and routine repairs. You will respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and ensure a safe, clean environment throughout the property.

The role requires basic plumbing knowledge, fire alarm system familiarity, and the ability to work long hours as needed. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential to succeed in this position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of floor care and maintenance equipment is essential.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field is preferred.

We hope so.The Floor/Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment as assigned. This person is also responsible for handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. They are responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner.What you have· Knowledge and skills in the use of power equipment, conventional and high-speed floor machines, carpet cleaning equipment, wet, dry and power vacuum equipment and push sweeper.· Experience in hotel building systems, or hospitality related maintenance field· Excellent communication skills, in written and verbal formats· Strong customer service skills· Technology skills.
