DeVivo Companies is seeking a Fleet Technician (3rd Shift) in Lancaster, NY to maintain a dedicated fleet of 140 dry vans, 120 reefer trailers, and 6 yard horses. The role includes scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium and heavy-duty vehicles within a modern shop environment.

You will collaborate with supervisors, teammates, and customers, with a 4-day work week and three days off. The company offers comprehensive benefits and paid training opportunities to advance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical school or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with computer operations and diagnostics.
• Must own and maintain the hand tools required for daily job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostic work, and repairs on a variety of medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Complete repair orders and parts usage forms accurately.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, team members, and customers.
• Respond to road service calls as required.
