Job summary

Accord Carton Co. is seeking a Finishing Case Sealer/Stacker to handle the final packaging step in our folding carton manufacturing process.

You will feed finished cartons into cases, seal them, and prepare for storage or shipment, while optimizing machine settings for efficiency and quality. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with the operation of an electric pallet jack is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate within the team and other departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.

• Detail oriented - ability to read labels and load tags to confirm they match.
• Basic math skills to understand how many cases fit on each pallet.
