Amcor Limited in Muscatine, IA is seeking a F.I.G./Secondary Operator in the MOLDING department. Shift is Monday-Friday 11pm-7am. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, plus paid progression based on performance.

The role ensures lids with gaskets, caps, plugs or labels meet customer specs and Amcor’s quality standards, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Able to use general measuring tools and perform basic math.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely and work around chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Set up equipment to match customer order specs and meet schedules.
• Promptly correct machinery malfunctions and oversee start/stop of equipment.
• Perform adjustments to ensure acceptable product quality.
• Notify manager of production, complete documentation and reports.
• Install plugs/caps and validate gasket installation with equipment.
