Job summary

Astemo, Ltd. in Greenfield, IN, is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician II to ensure reliable operation of our machinery on the 3rd shift. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency and quality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of related experience, and familiarity with Windows, Excel, and Glovia. EPA 608 Universal Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance according to schedules and guidelines.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, or sensors.
• Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems in the machines.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations (ISO 14001).
• Provide technical support to production teams to minimize disruptions.
