Job summary

Bell Laboratories Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am) to perform outdoor grounds maintenance and support production and maintenance teams.

Duties include following a daily checklist, cleaning areas, and helping with trainings while maintaining a clean and safe plant environment. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and ability to operate common equipment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must read detailed instructions and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform outdoor grounds maintenance per checklist on a regular schedule.
• Clean and maintain areas, assist with production, shipping, and maintenance with cleaning tasks.
• Train new personnel and maintain a neat, safe work environment.
• Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment.
• Handle general duties as assigned by supervisor.
