IEM is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Fabrication on the 3rd shift in Jacksonville. This role requires 100% in-office presence and reports to the Operations Manager, Fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Monitor timecards and PTO/UTO submissions using UKG Workforce Management.
• Perform random inspections of products to ensure quality and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise Leads and machine operators, with coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate material transfers to prevent shortages.
• Lead staffing decisions and support training documentation for onboarding.
