Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks an Operations Manager in Cincinnati to oversee support services operations. You will coordinate frontline staff and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver the highest level of service.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, planning staffing, participating in hiring, supervising staff, and reporting on goals and future plans while educating staff and ensuring cross-department communication.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service-related field with high customer contact.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Establish and annually review standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services renderings.
• Assist in hiring, interviews, and training of new associates.
• Supervise and develop supervisory/housekeeping staff.
