Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a 3rd shift Equipment Operator to support shipping and receiving. You will load and unload products, scan items with an RF gun, and move goods to racks, floors, or dock areas. The role requires operating a lift, forklift, and tugger, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You must pass a lift assessment (250 lb push/pull) and be able to work independently in a fast-paced, light industrial setting, with weekend availability and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Able to pass lift assessment with push/pull requirement of 250 lbs.
• Experience operating electric lift, forklift, tugger and RF gun.

Responsibilities

• Pick up product from staging area and off load onto rack shelving, floor locations, or stack racks.
• Scan merchandise with RF gun to ensure accurate placement.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow safety programs.

Flexibility in job assignments as well as the versatility to work both equally well.
