Western States is seeking a Production Machine Operator for our 3rd shift at the Butler, WI facility, minutes from Milwaukee. You will run envelope production machines, inspect outputs, and ensure quality while meeting production goals in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a machine in a production/manufacturing facility.
• Strong initiative and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform basic math for weight and quantity.
• Manual dexterity and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials, tooling, and finished products within the plant.
• Count, weigh, and record units on daily production sheets.
• Maintain supplies and ensure a continuous production cycle.
• Ensure quality control by applying inspection procedures.
