Job summary

Western States Envelope & Label Company in Butler, WI is hiring Production Machine Operators for its climate-controlled facility minutes from Milwaukee. The 1st shift runs 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a starting rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a machine in a production/manufacturing facility.
• Strong initiative and teamwork.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for material counts and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move materials and finished products in the plant.
• Operate a hand truck and assist in material handling and palletization.
• Maintain production records and ensure proper recycling of waste.
• Support quality control by applying standard inspection procedures.
• Keep shelves and supplies stocked to maintain continuous production cycles.
