Job summary

Western States Envelope & Label is seeking Production Machine Operators for our climate-controlled Butler, WI facility, just minutes from Milwaukee. This long-established, family-owned company brings over 115 years of experience in envelopes, labels, and packaging.

The 1st shift runs from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with starting pay at $20.00 per hour. Employees enjoy competitive pay raises, a 401k with company match, and ample PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a machine in a production/manufacturing facility.
• Strong initiative and teamwork.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Preferred: prior manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads and moves materials, tooling, and finished products within the plant.
• Counts, weighs and records units moved on a daily production sheet.
• Removes, empties and returns paper waste to recycling containers.
• Maintain adequate levels of adhesive and paper to ensure a continuous production cycle.
