Job summary

Shift: 3rd, 11:30pm–7:30am, with a $17.00 base wage plus a $1.00 shift premium. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful; safety and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures
• Assemble electronic components and products to specification
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure product standards
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards
• Accurately complete production documentation and reports
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
