Phillips Staffing is hiring for Production Associates in Simpsonville, SC. You will support the manufacturing process by operating equipment, assembling electronic components, and ensuring quality standards.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment. The position is on 2nd shift, 3:30pm to 11:30pm, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour plus a $0.50 shift premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to work with small parts.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Assemble electronic components and products to specification.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards.
• Accurately complete production documentation and reports.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
