Job summary

TSP talent is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to maintain and optimize high-speed packaging and converting equipment in a continuous manufacturing setting.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support installations and continuous improvement, using drawings, schematics, and PLC diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electro-mechanical troubleshooting and field diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with PLC diagnostics and ladder logic.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (schematics, manuals).
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
