Zoetis in Lincoln, NE is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and utility systems. Training will be provided for our systems and processes.

Formación

• Background in hands-on technical, electrical, or maintenance work.
• Ability to safely diagnose systems up to 480V.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors is not required.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Perform safe, compliant mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Diagnose electrical systems up to 480V to maintain uptime.
• Identify and resolve issues related to machine controls, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance according to schedules.
• Determine necessary parts, materials, and repair strategies.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely.
• Review manuals, schematics, and blueprints to support tasks.
• Record maintenance and repair activities in CMMS and logs.
• Contribute to equipment reliability and predictive maintenance programs.
• Uphold a safe working environment by following SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams.
• Carry out additional duties as needed.
