Stevens Industries, Inc. in Teutopolis, IL is seeking an Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment. This hands-on role keeps operations running safely and efficiently.

You’ll work with machinery, controls, PLCs, drives and sensors; read schematics and drawings; collaborate with engineering and production teams, and research parts for upgrades. We offer ESOP and competitive pay.

Competenze

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• PLC troubleshooting and programming logic.
• AC/DC drives, control systems, sensors.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reading electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Basic machining and fabrication knowledge.
• Proficiency with Windows-based tools and file management.
• Basic geometry and trig skills.

Mansioni

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, control circuits, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
• Install, modify, and maintain electrical equipment, PLCs, instrumentation, and drives.
• Repair and rebuild gearboxes, motors, cylinders, and mechanical systems.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and relay logic.
• Support design, installation, and improvement of equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Research parts, pricing, and lead times for maintenance upgrades.
• Read and interpret complex drawings, schematics, and specifications.
