Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at the Southern Fulfillment Center in Fort Payne, AL.

The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment, using diagnostic tools and power hand tools to fix issues, with strong electrical knowledge and practical hands-on ability. The candidate will maintain machinery operation, coordinate PMs, ensure safety and quality, and participate in repairs around production schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical technology area preferred.
• Five years of industrial electrical experience including CNC, AC and DC drives; plus an associate degree or equivalent.
• At least three years of PLC experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Company’s mission and values-based culture through maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Manages preventive maintenance (PMs) and parts needed.
• Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees.
• Quality: Ensures that machinery is working properly.
• Productivity: Schedules preventive maintenance repairs around production.
• Coordinates machine repairs with supervisors and operators.
• Reporting: Records PMs.
• Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
