Job summary

Reifel Industries Inc. in Pioneer, Ohio is seeking a full-time Material Handler / Burn Off Associate to support e-coating operations on a 3rd shift. Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.50 per hour with a $1.00/hour shift premium and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading e-coat racks, forklift operation, inspection support, blasting prep, and cross-departmental production support. Benefits and weekly pay are offered to full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload E-Coat racks and clean with a powerwasher.
• Operate forklift when trained; move, load, unload, and organize racks and materials.
• Assist with final inspection and shipping as needed.
• Operate abrasive blasting equipment following PPE and procedures.
• Provide production support and assist other departments as directed by supervision.
