Reifel Industries is looking for a motivated and dependable Dip Spin / Plating Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring coating and plating equipment, maintaining process parameters, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting equipment or coating issues.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with E-Coat, plating, or coating systems is but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
