Caterpillar Inc. in Lebanon, IN is hiring a Manager, Distribution (3rd Shift) to lead daily warehouse operations, balance workload, and ensure safe and efficient distribution of Cat parts. You will oversee CPS-driven processes and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

The role requires leadership experience, CPS familiarity, and a focus on reducing costs while maintaining high service levels. Visa sponsorship is not available.
