Job summary

You will coach staff, monitor productivity, manage training, and implement improvements to boost efficiency while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.
• Leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve productivity and safety targets.
• Monitor workloads and productivity to meet operational goals.
• Create a safe, positive, high-performing work environment and provide training.
• Troubleshoot challenges and resolve escalated issues to maintain service levels.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain operational reports and performance documentation.
