Qualifications

• Person must be spiritually mature and aligned with ATCOT mission.
• Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Report to Campus Manager and LEAD Staff for third shift duties.
• Assist with meals and daily operations across departments.
• Check supplies, alarms, and equipment; ensure safety and order.
• Mentor students and minister during sessions when opportunities arise.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
